Myjoyfuldream is a handmade resin art shop. We take pride in crafting the prettiest things that expresses our joyful dreams.

Payment
we take all available forms of payment methods. 
- credit, debit, wallet pay & paypal

Proccessing
Order are processed 1 to 3 days in the hours of operation and days production.

Custom / Made to Order (phonecases only)
Orders are confirmed via email then processed into queue from chronological order.
- Custom Orders are different than "made to order" based on the details requested, we begin with prepping the items (molds), production (creating, dome(s), deco, assembling) then inspection.
- Made to orders (phone cases) are processed into queue with production (creating bubble bits and application) then inspection. each phone case design is different and sometimes requires additional days to properly cure.

all resin creations cures between 24-36 hours.
(in the case of overspills or imperfections from doming, we will contact the customer and inform them of any extra time.)

Shipping
All orders are shipped Wed & Fri via the local united states postal service.

Overseas postal services is permitted, however postage rates are expensive.

Preorder shipment dates are announced the day of sale in the description of each listing. However dates are subjected to change in the event of delays or personal issues. 

Refund/Returns 
all items are handmade therefore refunds and returns are strictly prohibited. 

Lost/Returned Items (failed address)
please take your time to confirm your shipping information before we ship your items

we will contact clients whose packages were returned to us (the sender). 
- you will be invoiced for a new postage, so your items can be re-delivered safely. 

NOTE:
while we periodically track all packages it is up to you to know where your order is heading. 

no refunds on LOST items. 
- we can remake the LOST items in your order. you will only be invoiced for a new shipping postage. 
- if the LOST item is a phonecase, we will invoice you for the material (phonecase) and shipping postage. 

the name, address, email and phone number you apply in the checkout details is what we use to create the shipment postage. it is your responsibility to know whether or not if it is correct.

we will only contact you to confirm your information, if your address is flagged in our system.

My address was correct, the USPS failed to deliever it correctly! we will start an investigation together to track the current location.

Domestically:
on both ends a missing package search request has to be submitted. only when the usps fails to complete its search, the sender will start a claim to retreieve the lost value of the package. all packages have insurance "USPS Ground Advantage service includes up to $100 insurance in the price." (USPS, 2024). once the claim is submitted and processed, the sender will inform the client of any compensation from the USPS. "Insurance coverage is provided against loss, damage, or missing contents and is limited to a maximum liability of $100.00 when the pieces bear an Intelligent Mail package barcode (IMpb) or USPS retail tracking barcode (see 4.3.4) and the mailer pays retail or commercial prices." (SEC 4.2a, USPS, 2024). 

clients will be notified of a possible remake of their lost orders and a partial refund as compensation of the lost orginal goods.  

for standard shipments we use the USPS Ground Advantage Service. "Ground Advantage packages are delivered in 2-5 business days1 and USPS Tracking® service is included in the price." (USPS, 2024)

My package is lost.. looking at the reciept I realized i submitted the wrong address.. im so sorry i was rushing, what can i do?
please contact us. make sure to include your name and order #.
once we receive your message we will start investigating. it is important that you are engaged with this process. broken communication will only lead us to wonder if you want your items or not. 
- view the tracking number to track its current location. 
 IF its in your state _
contact YOUR local united states postal service. 
IF its in the seller state _ the seller will contact the united states postal service.

if the USPS fails to find the items, a remake will be issued to the client. the client will be invoiced for a new shipment postage. 

Mistaken Orders

if you purchased a made to order ONLY in a wrong size, insturctions on returning will be sent to you. 
- clients will be notified on possible remake of item in our next sale event.  
PLEASE contact us, do not throw out any item. we encourage all our client to reuse or gift items to others before discarding. 

Defective Items
-
please contact us immediately after your parcel has been delivered if you notice any defects in your order. 
-
take necceassary proofs such as photos & videos to assist you with the investigation. 

Items will not be investigated in a defective case if..

item has been used with negligence.
-
item has been personalized to the customers interest.
-
item has been washed or marked.
- contacted after 15 days of delivery with no notice. 

Customer Care/Resin Care

all order receives a resin care card to inform the precautions of owning a resin art item.

Other 
-
all items produced by myjoyfuldream is subjected to imperfections.
-
do not purchase any goods if you are sensitive to the warnings we provide.
